SmartDraw Adds Visio^® Stencil Import

SmartDraw just added the ability to import Visio^® stencils to complete SmartDraw's already powerful Visio^® import and export integration. You can migrate any important Visio^® symbols and create diagrams with them using SmartDraw's powerful automation. You can also import any Visio^® files or export any diagram back to Visio^®. SmartDraw can easily live alongside or replace Visio^® in your oranization.

How to Import Visio Stencils

You can import any Visio symbol library by following these easy steps:

1. Click on the Symbols tab on any SmartPanel to the left of the drawing area.
2. Click on the Hamburger Menu.
3. Select Import Visio Stencils.

Once the Visio stencils are added to the SmartDraw symbol library, any shape can be used as part of a SmartDraw diagram like any other SmartDraw symbol.
